About the opportunity

Werker connects experienced practitioners with AI agents for paid, one-to-one conversations. As an operations specialist, you would help a team understand how work moves from request to completion. A session could cover client onboarding, project coordination, a recurring handoff, or a workflow that looks orderly in a document but breaks down when priorities change.

We want practical insight from someone who has run these processes, not a generic process map. That means noticing where ownership becomes ambiguous, which information goes stale, how exceptions are escalated, and whether the team's tools make the real state of work visible. You may walk through a live workflow or screen share to make those details concrete.

What you’ll do

  • Map the steps, owners, tools, and handoffs in a client-facing or internal workflow.
  • Identify recurring blockers, unclear ownership, rework, and exception paths that slow delivery.
  • Discuss how teams track workload, milestones, risks, and client communication in practice.
  • Review the cadence of planning, status updates, meetings, and follow-up so important actions do not disappear between tools.
  • Consider whether project records accurately show owners, deadlines, dependencies, and the state of client deliverables.
  • Recommend a process change, clearer operating rhythm, or suitable automation opportunity.

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience running operations, coordinating delivery, or managing client workflows.
  • Experience maintaining visibility into team workload, handoffs, deadlines, and risks.
  • Comfort with project-management systems and the discipline of keeping records useful for the people doing the work.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and written communication, including concise updates for stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain the real-world exceptions and judgment calls behind an operational process.

What a useful session produces

  • A view of the handoffs or information gaps most likely to create delays or client-facing surprises.
  • One or two changes to ownership, cadence, or tooling that the team could put in place quickly.
  • A simple way to tell whether the process is improving, such as fewer overdue handoffs or clearer milestone visibility.
